By making a booking with Zambia Shuttle online, by phone or vial email, you confirm that you have read, understand and accept the following conditions.
We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website, following which all use of our website will be governed by the new version.
Our terms and conditions and your use of Zambiashuttle.com web site are governed by the laws of Zambia, and in the event of any dispute under our contract, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.
In these booking conditions references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ and ‘passenger(s)’ include the person named on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.

When placing a booking you undertake to us that all the details you have supplied are correct, including passenger name, dates, pick up information and credit or debit card details.

If there are changes to the details supplied, it will be your responsibility to contact us and request changes.
Zambia Shuttle will put its best endeavours to find and rectify any errors and omission as quickly as possible. However there may be times when obvious errors occur such as the price or some other detail displayed being incorrect. In this case Zambia Shuttle shall reserve the right to cancel that reservation and the customer will not have any liability to this regard.
Use of our website content by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including the modification, subsequent publication and total or partial reproduction or representation of the same without the express consent of Zambia Shuttle.
Contract
Zambia Shuttle acts as a booking agent for various transportation service providers and the contract for the provision of the transportation service is between you and the service provider. When your submit your request for a service, your reservation details are sent to the service provider and only when the service provider accepts your reservation, a confirmation email is sent to you and the contract between you and the service provider is formed.
By booking a service on our website, you are entering into a contract with the service provider and not Zambia Shuttle. You agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions when you make a reservation.
Liability
The liability for the provision of transfer services between you and the service provider is restricted solely to those two parties between whom the service has been contracted. Zambia Shuttle liabilities resulting from this agreement shall therefore be limited to those of a third-party broker between you and the service provider.
In agreeing to these terms and conditions you accept that Zambia Shuttle will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problem associated with the service, the incorrect processing of your booking by the Service Provider, errors made by you when making the booking or inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us during the booking process.
Neither we nor the service provider, will be responsible for any losses you may suffer (including for example missed flights) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.
Availability of Service
We are entitled, on behalf of the service provider, to refuse any order placed by you. We do not guarantee to successfully allocate a service provider to every booking request. In the unlikely event that we are unable to allocate a provider to your booking request we will email you to advise you as soon as possible.
Our on-line Booking services, are provided on an “as is” basis and we do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the availability of any product(s).
It is your responsibility to provide the correct and accurate information for the Supplier to fulfil the transfer
You must use the correct local time when making the booking.
You must check the pick-up and destination addresses, in case there are multiple addresses, terminals or hotels with the same name in the area.
You must provide more specific details in the Additional Information field (e.g. Conference hall exit number, factory gate letter, information about security gate entry procedure, advice about an unmarked entryway to the back of the building, etc.), if the pick-up location is not evident.
You must provide Zambiashuttle.com with the relevant information about your arriving connection (e.g. flight number / ship name / train route, etc.).
If your connection is cancelled, or you have missed it, it is your responsibility to update your altered travel plans to Zambiashuttle.com Customer Support, or cancel the booking yourself.
Zambiashuttle.com is not responsible for failed pick-ups, if the details you provide on your booking are incorrect or insufficient. When travelling to another country, you must make sure the pick-up time is in the correct local time. If you make a booking for a transfer, which is subject to a connecting arrival, it is your responsibility to provide Zambiashuttle.com with the necessary details about the arriving connection. If you are not aboard the connecting transfer you specified, it is your responsibility to inform Zambiashuttle.com about your altered travel plans, or to cancel the booking yourself.
Payment
Amendments
You can make changes to your reservation on-line up to 48 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. After this period you must contact the service provider directly by calling the number provided in your booking voucher.
Changes to your reservation must be submitted via the My Booking section using the details contained on your confirmation email, or sent to us in writing via e-mail.
Amendments or cancellation requests can not be made with the driver.
Cancellation of Bookings and Refunds
1. Cancellations must be made by you using our website. You will be entitled to a refund, depending on when you cancel your Booking, as follows: (i) If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 65% of the value of your booking. (ii) If you cancel your booking between 11 days to 30 days prior to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 35% of the value of your booking. (iii) If you cancel your booking between 2 days to 10 days prior to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 15% of the value of your booking. (iii) If you cancel your booking on the same day or the day before to the date on which you use the first Service confirmed in your Booking, you will not be entitled to any refund. In the event you cancel your booking directly with the transport provider, we will email you asking you to confirm your cancellation. You will need to confirm your cancellation using the links sent to you in the email.
2. Customer who paid a deposit will be refunded or charged depending on the amount due as per the above conditions.
Waiting Time and Emergency Contact
At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival. The waiting time from any other point shall be restricted to 10 minutes after the agreed time.
In the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number provided in the booking confirmation email to make contact with the driver.
If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and within 10 minutes for non-airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no-show and you accept to pay the full cost of the booked service.
Luggage
Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. This is to ensure that the vehicle provided can accommodate you. The passenger(s) shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared excess or oversized luggage.
Special Requests, Trip Time and Vehicles
During the booking process you may request extra services. We will endeavour to pass on all such requests to the service provider, however we cannot guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. Child / baby seats will be provided if requested whenever possible, however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution, for example. Please note that we do not guarantee that the seats provided will be perfect fit for your child.
The distance and trip time provided are for planning purposes only. You may find that construction projects, traffic, weather, or other events may cause conditions to differ from the information published, and you should plan your trip accordingly.
The images of the vehicle make and model shown on the quote page are for illustration purpose only and Zambia Shuttle does not guarantee that these exact vehicles will be provided by the service provider. Zambia Shuttle makes no guarantee of the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make.
Force Majeure
Zambia Shuttle and the service provider cannot be held liable for delays, changes or cancellation of service due to force majeure, or to other circumstances that are unforeseeable or beyond the service provider control, such as accidents suffered by third parties on the transfer route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions etc.
